The USPTO's Patent Pro Bono Program connects financially under-resourced independent inventors and small businesses with volunteer patent attorneys and agents. The program works through regional nonprofit hubs to help expand access to the patent system.
The program has been expanded with the goal of providing coverage across the United States and offers opportunities for qualified patent professionals to volunteer their services.
