A table has a total of 10 seats, which includes 1 seat reserved for an Honored Guest. NJIPLA does not guarantee an Honored Guest at each table. The Honored Guest may also bring a guest, and if so, NJIPLA will add a seat to your table at no additional cost.  Names for the table must be provided by May 18 to be included in the printed program. DEADLINE: MAY 18

Wine Selection:
Wine selections may be arranged directly with The Hilton at Short Hills. Information to follow. 

Hotel Room Rate & Reservations:
A special NJIPLA rate of $159.00 (king) and 169.00 (2 queen beds) per night plus tax is available until 21 days prior to the dinner. Phone: (973) 379-0100. Online Reservations

Parking:
The hotel does provide self  parking and valet for the night of the event.  The cost for valet is $10.00 per car. 

Refund / Cancellation Policy:
No refunds or cancellations after May 21.  Reservations are transferable.
