This half-day seminar will cover important and interesting PTAB developments from 2019. Learn the finer points of issues related to post-grant proceedings, including sovereign immunity, real-parties-in-interest, and discretionary denials of IPRs. The program will also address the impact of the Supreme Court’s SAS decision on IPRs and will discuss potential strategies for patent owners to mitigate the effects of post-grant proceedings.
